He doesn’t always drink beer, but when he does he prefers Dos Equis.
That is the story Jonathan Goldsmith, 77, told the camera for nine years before retiring from his position as the “Most Interesting Man” in @DosEquis commercials. The suave man surrounded himself with attractive women to market the formerly less-heard-of Mexican beer brand. Amsterdam-based brewer @Heineken, owner of Dos Equis, nearly tripled its business since the campaign was introduced.
