Ended my handstand workout with a strict freestanding HSPU Challenge. 7 reps w/ 1 min rest btw rounds x 20 rounds. 140 total reps. This my 20th round. Started to lose position in my lower back, but overall pretty excited it felt strong throughout. 1 min rest was way too long.
