THEY'RE HERE! Our #melonpan from @ドミニクアンセルベーカリー is here in NYC for just 3 days. For those who haven't had melon pan before, it is a soft milk bread dough filled with custard and topped with a cookie like crust. I fell in love with it in Tokyo. Ours come in three versions: hojicha black sugar (the Tokyo original), cherry jasmine, and black sesame lychee.
