There will be people in life who are always challenging you, people who want to see you succeed and others who don't, simply bc they are displeased with their own success. After bringing home 7 awards this past AVN I was surprised to see at how many of my "peers" we're not supportive. How many of them went out of their way to publicly say I was undeserving or it should have been so and so.
I wasn't trying to win any awards, let alone 7, but having done so feels so damn good. Knowing that I was simply just doing me and doing what I wanted at the pace I wanted and I broke the record for performer winning the most awards in one night. Fuck yea. I work hard and to see people try to bring me down only makes me stay lifted higher. I will never let those who are jealous tear away at my success and I will never stop putting 100% in everything I do. Neither should you. Never stop trying your best and never stop being true to yourself. Not everyone will appreciate or recognize your success but those who do are the real MVP.
