Today marks the 5th anniversary of the Fukushima nuclear disaster in Japan. My decades of documentary work following the Chernobyl nuclear disaster give some indication of the future faced by Fukushima. In this picture from 2005, a radiation worker passes through the contaminated control room of Chernobyl Reactor #4, where the engineers caused the fatal meltdown that resulted in the world's largest nuclear accident to date.
