Weekends are for sitting under the shade of a coconut tree - and this one on #MissionBeach looks rather perfect! This peaceful spot in @tropicalnorthqueensland is just a two hour drive from the city of #Cairns, or three hours from #Townsville. If you're keen to stretch your legs after lazing on the sand, there's a great scenic walking trail here that starts on the beachfront and winds its way along the foreshore - keep your eyes peeled for the brilliant blue Ulysses Butterflies after which the track was named.
