When I was 18 and a senior in high school I couldn't wait for time to fly by and move forward in my life. My debate teacher recognized this anxiety in me and gave me the works of #saintaugustine " excursus of time. It opened my eyes to letting go of limitations that I set for myself through worrying about every hour every day.... The future.... The past.
I got this quote to remind me to exist in the moment because that's all that really matters and all you can control.
