This weekend's #lpInstaTakeover is from the team at @tetongravity who have recently been on a back country skiing adventure in #Canada, shooting their annual winter film. Here's a shot of the professional skiiers @johncollinson, @hooddylan + @ianmcintosh they were skiing and filming with. 'In January of 2016, our film crew (@ziomoo, @dutchsimpson, @austopkins) headed up to Fairy Meadow Lodge north of Golden, #BC with professional skiers @johncollinson, @hooddylan, @ianmcintosh and professional snowboarder @lucasdebari to shoot for our annual winter film. Fairy Meadow Lodge requires a helicopter ride-in from Golden, bringing you, all your food and gear to last the week. It provides a wide variety of terrain for back country skiing; we spent two weeks at this off-the-grid basecamp enjoying the pristine powder. While we do #travel a lot of the world with @tetongravity, trips like this one to British Columbia—alone, together, nestled in a hut beneath the mountains—are some of the most spiritual and humbling trips we are fortunate enough to experience.
