Nature is calling! When working on the computer or doing some intense physical labour, going outside is the best remedy for me to unwind and get a fresh and clear view on things. Just looking at the trees, flowers, birds and clouds and how they move, smell and change really gets me out of my head and in my feet (or heels this time :-)). I am always in awe when it comes to nature. Just can't seem to reason with Mama Nature, she is always right :-). Today I will be searching for some branches and leafs to green up our house and probably do some reading about seaweed to freshen up on my knowledge, from a new book I helped making called 'Groente uit Zee', which will be translated soon by an American publisher into 'Ocean Greens'. It is a book in which you can read all about seaweed and experiment with 50 plant based recipes I developed, enriched with the mighty green stuff. Later on I will share some more info about seaweed and why it is so magical! Will you too be heading outside soon? PS: love my new VEGAN!!
