El ejemplar de aproximadamente una semana de nacido, se encontró a orillas de un camino en la localidad antes citada, por lo que especialistas de PROFEPA en Michoacán, verificaron su estado de salud, a fin de determinar que, debido a su corta edad, requería cuidado médicos veterinarios que aseguraran su existencia. Le fue suministrado medicamento, alimentos y cuidados para su preservación. Sin embargo, se trasladó a las instalaciones de la fundación “Black Jaguar White Tiger”, para su óptima rehabilitación.
