This is my sketchbook during the early stages of True North Regular “B” caps letter. I like to start out with a very rough penciled letter in my sketchbook. The rough penciled letter is developed through a process of a lot of erasing and refining. My mini ruler is a really important tool to keep my letter sketch even and precise.
