It's spring time Find your #GrowingEdge !!! I always try to challenge myself to learn new things every year and one of the realizations I've had in doing so is that you can't grow if you don't take push your edge. If I play the same guitar chords over and over I don't get any better as much as I play them, but if I practice a new scale not only do I learn something new but the old chords get easier too. Same thing when I'm training or practicing yoga if I lift the same weight or do the same poses I get the same result. When I push myself to exhaustion or failure that's when I see the real growth. It requires a ton of energy and tenacity to go there and as I get into grooves that be one easy the desire to go to that edge often diminishes, that's when I hit the reset button. We just finished a new record that pushes the envelope musically of anything I've done before taking all my passion about the way I feel about the world right now and channeling my frustration into something beautiful through music. Taking risks and going beyond where I ever envisioned. Like the first buds on trees straining to emerge, I hope this springtime gives you a chance to hit your personal reset button, focus your energies and find your growing edge in life, health, relationships and as a steward of the #planet. #RockOn #BeServeRock #SOULROCKER
