This is a very special #caturday post for a very special dog and friend. I have never posted a dog before, but life circumstances change and we all do things to support our human and animal friends.
This is Jack, he was a loyal and loving companion for many years, but he recently passed away. He belonged to a dear friend of mine who loves animals, especially Jack, her sidekick in life. Upon his passing, she wrote a story about how she found him, scarred and about to be destroyed at the pound. That was until she adopted him. And while he was so excited that he peed all over and the floor, they became instant best friends. She described him as a super dog, so this is how I have drawn him here, flying above the city.
She shared this as a testimony to the love and joy that animals bring. And how there are so many waiting to be loved. Pet adoption is a beautiful thing! Thank you all for adopting wonderful pets into you homes. Feel free to share your adoption stories and words of encouragement below.
