Happy Easter everyone!!! We're spending this weekend with friends and family (and friends that are family, like these girls)?
On the menu: Aperol Spritz, Swedish potato salad (potatoes, fresh dill, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, vegan mayo, capers!), kale+beet salad, veggie pie, a ton of sill (Swedish herring) and egg variations for the fish and egg eaters in the house, bread and aged cheese, Easter cake and so much more. And Easter Mimosas (with schnapps on the side, of course)! So yum. Mango puree+fresh grapefruit juice+Prosecco = heaven. Give it a try!
