Creamy Spinach Artichoke Rice Soup

Ingredients:
½ bunch of spinach
1 can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2 tbsp chopped onion
3 cups of low sodium chicken broth
1 cup of fat free milk mixed with 1 tsp of cornstarch
¼ cup parmesan cheese
½ cup of brown rice

1 tbsp olive oil

Sauté onions and spinach in a soup pot with olive oil. Once onions are soft, add chicken and rice the cover with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes. Uncover soup and add artichoke hearts, milk mixture and cheese and stir. Let simmer for another 5 minutes and finish by seasoning the soup with @Flavorgod Seasonings Garlic & Herb Pink Salt.
