#NoDaysOff Time for a #Thursday sweat session!

Starting the day with one of my fave ways to exercise... Going on a super long walk with my dog Delilah! She loves the outdoors, I love the exercise, and we get quality bonding time. Win/win! So we're about to go for a nice long walk in this beautiful spring weather ?

Why such a low-intensity workout this morning? Because I'm taking my first SoulCycle class tonight and I'm TERRIFIED ?

Any tips for a first time cycler?
