Prior to the Marathon de Paris our @lululemonfr team welcomed runners to sit in the bulle de meditation and experience a 4 minute meditation. Below is a taste of what they heard:

Meditation and running are very similar and share the aspects of consistency and discipline. One is sedentary while the other is active but they are both mindful practices. The intention is to let go of the unnecessary noise and chatter in our mind and focus on the present moment. Most of the time, we are in our heads analyzing situations, having conversations with ourselves that aren’t serving us. Meditation allows us to keep our attention on what’s going on right now. It supports facing challenges one at a time, without anticipating the next hurdle. Meditation allows us to rediscover the joy in running and in life.
