Tonight, the world premiere of “The First Monday in May" opens the 15th annual @Tribeca Film Festival. Directed by Andrew Rossi the documentary looks at The Met’s most attended #CostumeInstitute exhibition, "China: Through the Looking Glass.” The film follows curator Andrew Bolton on an exploration of the tension between fashion and art. Rossi also captures the collision of high fashion and celebrity at the #MetGala co-chaired by Condé Nast Artistic Director and @Vogue editor in chief Anna Wintour.
