Chocolate Donut, Gingerbread Cookie & Pumpkin Pie!

Spiced Strawberry Shortcake:

Ingredients:
Muffins:
1 1/4 cups baking/pancake mix (I used gluten free)
1 egg
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
pinch cardamom, ground (or vanilla powder)
pinch @Flavorgod Seasonings Pink S+P
1 tbsp @Flavorgod Seasonings Gingerbread Cookie
1 tsp orange zest, plus extra for garnish
1/2 cup strawberries, pureed

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. In a bowl, mix all ingredients, except pureed strawberries, until well combined. Divide batter evenly between 4 greased ramekin dishes. Spoon 1 tsp of strawberry puree into each center of each ramekin. Bake for 22-25 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.

Strawberry Topping:
1 pint strawberries, sliced
1 tbsp @Flavorgod Seasonings Gingerbread Cookie
juice of 1/2 lemon
pinch cardamom, ground (or vanilla powder)
1-2 tsp sweetener, to taste (I used xylitol)

In a bowl, combine sliced strawberries with gingerbread cookie seasoning, lemon juice, cardamom, and sweetener. Let mingle in refrigerator while muffins are cooking.

To serve: Top each muffin alternating whipped cream and strawberries!
