今日の和菓子 : 新芽 / 木の芽饅頭
ユイミコさんの教室で習った木の芽饅頭。
蒸し上がった薯蕷饅頭に先生のお庭に生えていたという山椒の葉をつけ、フライパンで軽く焼き目をつけています。
新緑の季節にぴったりの和菓子ですね :) Today’s Wagashi : Sprount / Kinome Manjyu
Today is a season of “Koku”, which means “Grain rain” in the 24 solar terms. I learned Kinome Manjyu in the Yuimiko’s class! It is made of red bean jam in a "Jyouyo-Manjyu” and the Japanese pepper leaves on the top. It looks a perfect Wagashi for the season of fresh green!
