I place a tremendous amount of importance on NUTRITION: I stay away from processed foods as much as I can; I eat GMO-FREE products; and I'm an advocate for ORGANIC produce. I don't try and follow a diet, instead I make RESPONSIBLE decisions to eat nutritious foods which means WHOLE FOODS. I am CONSCIOUS about what I eat. This has made me a BETTER shopper as I spend less because I am not wasting anything. It also means I have become more AWARE of our ENVIRONMENT and the COMMUNITIES where our food comes from.
