Day 1 - Easy Seated Pose #YogaForHope

A humble beginning to your day or to your flow. I like to imagine my spine is a tree trunk and my hips are the roots ? Ground yourself down and bring awareness to your breath and your heart beat. Tap into the subtle rhythms of your body. One by one, relax every muscle in your body, even your face ? In this pose I like to rest my wrists on my knees with my arms open and hands face up. Inviting the day and all it has to offer ?
