Biking biking before taping taping! ? So glad I was able to get into triathlon a year before getting el preggo ??????All 3 disciplines are all still very safe to do during pregnancy especially when your body was so used to it before getting pregnant (but still get a go signal from your doc!) ? I'll have to eventually ease up on the running tho as my belly gets heavier but it's great knowing I'll still be good to swim and bike ? Also, for the other biking preggy momma's out there, I find that my bike bibs have been perfect during my sessions coz it doesn't squash #BabyA like tri-shorts do ??
