Sunday is Mothers Day!

Anyone who knows me, knows I am a proud mama's boy.
My mom plays two roles in my life-parent and friend. We call each other for advice, on both serious and silly issues.
She gave me life, and has supported me throughout it.
There's nothing I can give to her that compares, but I wanted to try.
So for this Mother's Day, I partnered with @シボレー to #DayItForward to give my mom something to make her smile and show her just how much I love her.

This past winter, my mom started training for her first half marathon. For now, she trains on a treadmill in our basement (at least until the weather starts to warm up). So to put little pep in her step, I flew her to Chicago, got her some new workout gear and brought her for a run along the lake.

The joy on her face was priceless : )
