I just had the best run I've had all year 7:44 minute per mile. As I walked into the house after my run I had to show you guys this artwork that @alonzoadamsart did for me. What is so unique about this painting for me is, I see myself as both people. The kid was me when I was younger, always tagging along trying to fit in with the big boys. Now having 4 little boys myself I'm the big guy making sure my boys are taken care of. Please check his work out. This painting reminds me of every little brother or son that has ever aspired to be like his big brother or dad. We all had somebody that we wanted to be like as kids. And remember, now the shoe is on the other foot. There is someone now looking up to you!!! Be a great example to all those around you. You never know who is watching. #carpediem #begreat
