ONE PAN GARLIC BACON PORK LOIN W/POTATOES & VEGGIES

Four of my seasonings were used for this irk loin dish including my Habanero for a spicy kick at the end. I think this dish would serve 2 or perhaps just me??

Ingredients:
2 lb pork loin
1 Tbsp #FlavorGod Garlic Lovers
1 Tbsp #FlavorGod Bacon Lovers
1/2 tsp #FlavorGod Habanero
Pinch of #FlavorGod S+P
1 Tbsp brown sugar
3 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp EVOO

Directions:
1 onion, peeled and sliced into strips
1 red bell pepper, core removed and sliced into strips
1 green bell pepper, core removed and sliced into strips
1 lb russet potatoes, cleaned and cut into 1 inch chunks
1 Tbsp EVOO
1 Tbsp #FlavorGod Everything
1/2 tsp #FlavorGod Taco Tuesday
1/2 tsp #FlavorGod Garlic Lovers
1/4 tsp S+P

In a ziploc bag, combine, garlic, bacon, habanero, sugar, soy sauce & evoo with the pork.

Massage to get mixture everywhere.
Let it marinate for overnight.
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Lightly coat a baking dish with olive oil.
In a mixing bowl, combine the second half of the ingredients and mix well.
Place the pork in the center of the baking dish.

Arrange the vegetables around the pork.
Depending on how thick your meat is, cook for 30 to 40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 150°F to 155°F.
Let sit for 5 minutes before slicing.
