SENIOR SUNDAY! Our friends at @susiesseniordogs want to wish Senior Dog Mamas a Happy, Happy Mothers Day! "Hi! My name is Barney. My doggie mamma adopted me from a shelter two years ago when I was six. She had promised the boy that lives here he could have a dog. The boy saw me at the shelter and was determined I would be their dog. My doggie mamma was not so sure. At first she thought I looked weird. I'm a retriever mixed with probably a corgi and have a pretty cute under bite. She said she would think about it and look at other dogs but the boy was determined I would be their dog. She gave in and I got to go home with them the next day. My doggie mamma had never had a dog before so I worked my charm on her and now we are best friends. She has more pictures of me on her phone than the boy! I'm so glad she gave me a chance and I know she is super happy she did too."
