When you don't even think about it. When the stress and anxiety of how you are being represented goes away because you know it's based on who you really are, and done with precision love and thoughtfulness. When every moment is creative and about feeding the soul and not their bank accounts. When so quickly it just becomes part of the normality in your life that you don't want to change. When you can be yourself 100% and those standing beside you are a positive edition and not changing the way you are. When they don't tell you who to be they hold you hand when you are discovering who you are. When you are looked after and thought about. When your needs and wants are considered. When the care is for the real, and they are there in times of success and hard times. Under the persona and person at work they still care. When the support and sensitivity starts behind the cameras and at home. When it's about the music, really about the music and YOU. That's when you are being managed. That's when you are being valued.
