????I'M HEADED TO RIO!!!!!!!!???? This has been one crazy ride since 2013 Nationals and I couldn't have done it without my coach Dean (@dkruser85) by my side every step of the way. It's an incredible feeling to be able to know that you don't have to do this crazy life alone and to have someone looking out for you. He introduced me to weightlifting and then gave up everything to move across the country and back to support my dreams. He spent countless hours in the gym bringing me back to basics. After a sub par 2015 Worlds we took everything back to square one and with the incredible programming of Shahin (@shahin_nasirinia) worked our asses off day in and day out to push the limits mentally and physically. I am speechless and beyond grateful to have such an incredible team behind me, my coaches (Dean, Shahin, Zygmunt) who never doubted my talent and drive, to my family words will never describe how much I love you, to my angels upstairs looking out for me I felt you every second out there and to all my friends who understood why I was basically M.I.A for the past 3 years chasing my dreams. Last but not least my sponsors who bought into my dream and helped me turn it into a reality!
