【深夜食堂】Croque Madame || One late night I was craving for something savoury and I don't know why I decided to step into a bakery cafe at nearly 10pm and ordered this plate of Croque Madame. I wasn't impressed by the dull looks initially. But when I sliced through it and had everything in a bite, the ham, the egg, the cheese, salt, pepper and toast. Everything came together and this was just mindblowingly delicious

And that's why I still remember this special night until now. It was really like the drama "midnight shokudo" where the food is very simple but it hits the heart. Recently I walked past this place again, only to find that it has been replaced by a Taiwan noodle shop and I felt very sad.
