Thank you all for the big out reach of support- realizing the amount of people that watched me lift live online & in person is kind of mind blowing. I have gotten a lot of messages etc about the change seen in my platform presence- confidence has been a major focus in my taining and i think that showed- the road has been bumpy for me & having this army behind me in both good times AND bad definitely had something to do with it.
