A fake terrorism stunt prompted panic at the Hotel du Cap today in #Cannes: A group of six men outfitted in militia-themed gear aggressively approached the hotel by boat at lunchtime.
Although the men turned out to be part of a stunt for a French Internet company, a guest at the hotel tells THR: "It was pretty scary. The fact that the men appeared to be [dressed like] an ISIS-like militia group was quite shocking." Photo: @j.r.savet
