My very,very first assignment ever. In early 2001 I was asked to shoot this little picture for @tmagazine of a dress that a 20 year old design student named @ザックポーゼン had made that was causing all sorts of excitement. They shipped the one dress he had made to LA and we shot this in some house overlooking Burbank. The stylist (who gave me the gig) @elizabethstewart couldn't make the shoot so her assistant @georgekotsi handled it. I hadn't planned shooting it like this but as the sun was falling the sky turned the exact color as the dress. It was a no brainier. Seems like 1000 years ago. So amazing that everyone involved in this day has gone on to such great things...a really special memory for me. #throwbackthursday
