Good morning Perfect Little Egg Sandwich! This was one of the very first savory items on our #DominiqueAnselBakery menu. A steamed egg with chives and pepper with a paper thin slice of melted Gruyere and homemade sweet brioche buns. Simple, but perfect in our eyes. (#regram from @katieeatsburgers)
