PORTER STANDに新シリーズ「PORTER T-NUANCE(ティーニュアンス)」が入荷いたしました。
1983年に発表したタンカーは米空軍のフライトジャケットMA-1をモチーフにしたもので、時代と共に吉田カバンを代表するスタンダードなシリーズへと成長しました。
そのタンカーシリーズのイメージを現代の視点で改めて表現したスペシャルシリーズです。
単純に現代の技術に置き換えるのではなく当時のコンセプトや背景を読み解き、現代的な解釈や技術によって主要要素を一新しています。
鞄の雰囲気や佇まいから“タンカーらしさ”を感じられるようにしたことからシリーズ名を「T-NUANCE」としました。
上質で大人っぽさのある雰囲気にこだわり、タンカーを印象付ける内装のオレンジ色はそのままに、外装はすっきりとシンプルに仕立てています。
その他、新開発のファスナーやシリコン樹脂プリントで表現したネームタグなど、随所にこだわりが詰まったアイテムです。

Our new series "PORTER T-NUANCE" came in stock at PORTER STAND.
The "TANKER" series released in 1983 inspired by the MA-1 flight jacket of the US Air Force has grown to be one of the standard series Yoshida & Co., Ltd. over time.
This is a special series re-expressing the image of the TANKER series with the current viewpoints. We have not just used the modern techniques, but also analyzed the initial concept and background to renew its main factors with modern techniques and interpretation.
The series name is "T-NUANCE" since we aimed to express TANKER by the atmosphere and its appearance.
The significant orange lining remains the same but the outside is simple and clean to create a superior and chic look.
There are also many more features included in this series such as the newly invented zipper and the brand tag made by silicon resin.
