4 day journey at @TheRanchMalibu @FSWestlake I've just finished my first hike, and realized my goal has to be-- be nicer to myself. I already have a headache. My problem is that I have the willpower of a professional athlete and the body of someone who gets birthday presents from McDonalds (those earrings are beautiful btw) I can't be #1, I don't have to force myself physically to the point where I blackout and get sick. I am here to learn to listen to my body not my ambition. I'm not fit enough to be the first to finish the hike, but I will die trying to be the first to finish the hike. NO. Okay.
