These beautiful dogs were on their way to a slaughter house to become meat...food...leather..."things".. The only reason they aren't treated the same in the US is because our society has accepted them for their kind, loving companionship as friends, not food. There is no difference between a dog and a cow, a chicken, a pig, a lamb, or any animal. All animals want and deserve to live just as much as you and I.
Please take a moment to consider how you choose your next meal, your next purchase is a vote for what needs to happen for that product to come into your life - all too often that means that an innocent animal had to die.
