I always knew @stjude Children's research hospital was doing amazing things, but I didn't realize just how much they do until we were lucky enough to have been given a tour of the hospital. Our guide Lindsay is a cancer survivor herself and was treated at @stjude when she was 10 years old. She still runs into some of the doctors and nurses who treated her. The families of these children diagnosed do not pay one cent. Not one. The survival rate @stjude is now at 94% and are working tirelessly every day to keep raising that number. I am completely blown away by the dedication and hope that St. Jude brings. Thank you @fisherpence for inviting us. I have a full heart. ❤️
