While the Cleveland Cavaliers (@キャブス) and the Golden State Warriors (@ゴールデンステート・ウォリアーズ) duke it out in the NBA Finals, artist Ryan Simpson (@rtsimp) has been illustrating the game’s superstars. “I like following the stars and the best players in the game,” Ryan says. Two years ago, the 30-year-old artist left his graphic design job to launch his own freelance illustration business. The move has allowed him to get back in touch with his passion for drawing, with the added bonus of working on sports-related projects. “When you think of sports photography and sports art, you think of someone in an action shot,” Ryan says. “I like to do something different than what you typically see.”
