Some of you may seen my GIANT bagel breakfast this morning and it was because I'm defos trying to do this more often!!! Make your meal size smaller as your day progresses.. As your metabolism and usually the amount of physical activity you're doing decreases and therefore you are using less energy and require less calories! If you continue to eat big meals the excess calories can often just lie on your stomach and end up being stored as fat!
So give this cheeky little goal a go!!! ?
