Jesse got some purrs going last night for me and is officially weaned and eats like a pig. When I talked to @simbas_mom this morning she challenged me to a fight for him because he's such a love. (I can totally kick her butt). His left eye looks really good and has opened some more. I haven't seen him yet today but his right is opened a bit according to my mother in law. He will be going back to the vet tomorrow to get a recheck, and I'll update you then.
