Saturday was an emotional day for seven-year-old Nyabitu. She and her siblings were reunited with their grandmother in Kodok, #SouthSudan after living for more than two years in the @unitednations protection of civilians site in Juba. She was the 4,000th child to be returned to her family after becoming separated during the conflict. More than 12,000 separated children have been registered by @unicefssudan and partners since the fighting started in 2013 - we're working to trace the families of all of them.
