Check out these flour-less Matcha Protein Pancakes @_katnova_ has whipped up using our Japanese Certified Organic Matcha! ? And she was kind enough to share the recipe: + 3 tablespoons yogurt
+ 2 heaped tablespoons of protein powder
+ 1 egg
+ 1 teaspoon of matcha
+ A little baking soda
+ Blend all ingredients together & cook in a small fry pan on low heat with the lid on
+ Cook until firm/ make sure the egg has been cooked thoroughly
+ Serve with toppings of your choice
