Oh friends. I don't even know where to begin. Life is so full of love, so magical, so beautiful. These are not just names on a list. These were individual lives, stars, whole and bright. Every time I step outside and take a breath or hug my family or laugh with my boyfriend or share a smile with a stranger or connect with one of you, I am so overwhelmed with gratitude that we get to spend time on this beautiful planet getting to know and love ourselves, one another, and the world. And I am devastated that the opportunity to do that was taken away for all of these people and so many others. My heart aches for them and for their loved ones and for everyone who has been touched by this violence. Please take a moment today to really think about someone or something that you really love and could not do without and send compassion and light and strength to those for whom that nightmare has now become a reality. And let it ignite your passion for change. Please, stand up and fight. Fight against hate. Fight against fear. Fight for life and love and humanity. We must all band together as human beings and make this world a safer more loving place. Read about these people. Understand who they were. And stand up. Make your voice heard. Let's come together and do everything we can to make this world a better place and prevent more lives being lost.
