Best lifts: 82/101 /183 . ? How long have you been lifting? 2 years ? How did you get into weightlifting? I started Weightlifting from teaching group fitness classes at a Gold's gym, started messing around with some CrossFit style workouts with a training group there before joining a CF gym. I ended up having ankle surgery (my 6th one) to remove some old debris from gymnastics days and decided upon coming back to just do lifting instead of CrossFit and qualified for my first Nationals in 2014 :) . ? What is your one MUST have while training? Poptarts ? What's on your competition playlist? Lil Wayne and the Weeknd ? Who is you're favorite weightlifter? Kelly Rexroad Williams will always be one of my role models ? Power or nah? I love power snatches! ? Favorite movement? Snatch! ? Every weightlifter is superstitious, what is your superstition/ritual? I always clap my hands before walking up to the bar- too much chalk is a no go haha. ? Favorite post weigh-in meal? Pancakes! ?
