Oh wow, was going through old images and found the very first shoot I ever did with a great friend. This was like millions of years ago, had no idea what I was doing. I was just grateful that my idea to make lace tops using vintage textiles had gotten a big bigger. It was August, I had just got a letter that I had been accepted to exhibit at London Fashion Week with my collection. Little did anyone now that there was no collection as I had just shown pieces and thought I would not go through.. But I bloody did get through. Thank you to @orsoladecastro for believing in me ? So to cut a story short, between breastfeeding I just had 2 months to make a small collection. Damn it was hard but with a help from my great friend @marjutrepo and a seamstress we pulled it through. And my first stockist as a result was the prestigious A La Mode from Sloane Square. I honestly ever thought my business would be where it is now. And there is no way I could have got here without my wonderful staff and army of interns and a patient husband.
