Here's my little cousin Nate with his fully clawed kitty, Matilda.
Friends I need your help. I was just told that there's a law that requires you to declaw your cat if you have a daycare. From what I know, this is completely false but I need to double check. As we know, declawed cats often bite more and a bite is 100 times worse than a scratch. Remember that you don't need to get your kitties toe bones and claws amputated for a baby on the way. Unfortunately many prodeclaw vets are deceiving cat owners about this terrible procedure. ?All it takes is a little common sense for both of those scenarios. If you have a daycare, then keep your cat in another room while the children are there. If you have a baby then keep an eye on your baby and your cat when they interact and teach them how to treat your kitty well and with respect. Declawing is banned or considered unethical and not done in most of the rest of the world and they have daycare businesses and babies and cats living healthy lives with their much needed body parts that are so important for their health and well being. ❤️? and please, if your vet amputates kitty toes then please respectfully asked them to stop and if they don't then find an ethical veterinarian who doesn't perform this inhumane procedure.
