Matcha Mont Blanc Pancakes.
Hubby brought me to enjoy some Japanese style pancakes from @kyushupancake.sg
Enjoyed the texture of pancakes. A springy and mochi like bite. Flavour was very subtle as its flour base is from 7 different grains from Kyushu, supposed to be healthier!
Matcha Mont Blanc had decent matcha flavour but would fare better if less sweet, the ice-cream too would be better less sweet IMO.
Waffles were disappointing, skip that. French toast had almost a cake like texture and surprisingly ended up being my favourite.
