You know, after I got laid off, I proposed this to them. I had an idea, to work with me on innovative and cool campaigns that embrace cats claws and teach cat owners about the ways they can train their cats to use scratchers and other alternatives. I told them that the first company that took this path would be a hero to the world and most likely get a lot more business from it. It would simply be about education and awareness of how cats need their claws and toes for so many aspects of their health and well being. It would be all about appreciating the awesomeness of a cat with all its important body parts intact and what makes a cat a feline. Don't you think that was a good idea? They wouldn't even have to mention the D Word! If most pro-declaw vets don't want to educate their clients about things like this and instill a healthy mindset so that cat owners don't request this amputation surgery, then WE must be the ones do educate them on a really big scale and need help from big companies and celebrities.
