Although it was the park’s busiest time of year, we only saw two other people during our four hour exploration through Big Bend National Park.

You'll only find this spot if you're nice to a ranger. Two miles of driving down a 2 wheel drive, but very rough road, and another couple miles of hiking through a beautiful desert landscape brings you to a hidden oasis, usually flowing with an unexpected waterfall in late summer and fall.
